List your catering business
Listings in the Austin Catering Guide are free. There is no upgrade required, no trial, and no call with anyone.
What to send
Email hello@austincateringtx.com with:
- Business name and website
- Phone number and a booking email
- What you cook — the two or three things you'd actually want to be found for
- What kinds of events you cater: weddings, corporate lunches, drop-off trays, private parties
- Which areas outside Austin you serve, if any
- Per-person pricing, if you publish it
That last one is optional, but it is the single most useful thing you can send. Most Austin caterers publish nothing, so the ones with a published starting price stand out sharply on a category page — people who are comparing options click those first.
What happens next
Your site gets read, the details get checked against it, and the listing goes up. Usually a few days. You'll get an email with the link.
What you're agreeing to
Nothing. There is no contract, no exclusivity, and no fee. Ask to be removed at any time and the listing comes down.
Requirements
- A working website that describes your catering service
- You actually serve the Austin metro
- You are a catering business, not a lead-generation middleman
If you want more than a listing
Featured listings put you at the top of a category page. They are the only thing on this site that costs money, and they are worth discussing only once the page you'd be featured on has traffic worth having.
